“What makes ALPS different?”
I hear that question almost daily from prospective customers, partners, vendors, and sometimes our competitors. You have many choices for computer and network support in the valley and there are several vendors who are well-established with strong reputations. Read on to discover what makes us different.
ALPS Core Values
ALPS is a local, business-class technology solution provider to the Roaring Fork Valley communities. We offer fair, responsive, honest support and solutions for Microsoft systems, treating each as if it were our own. If on the rare occasion, we don’t know, we’ll say so and find out. If we don’t have the expertise, we’ll refer a partner who does.
We create long-term partnerships with our clients, seeking those businesses and individuals who understand the value of investing in their systems and want the best support possible to realize that value.
Business Solutions and Services
Do you want to be a computer technician? I think it’s a lot
of fun, but you probably have other priorities for your time. If that’s the case, you need someone who’s got the answers, will answer their phone and show up when they’re scheduled and treat your system as if it were their own.
Is that what you have now?
We offer an extensive suite of solutions, including network design, Implementation and continuous management thereafter. Additionally we specialize in on-site troubleshooting and repair of networking components such as: servers, desktops, workstations, routers and firewalls. And, we support Microsoft Server / Small Business Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SQL Server installations.
That’s not all we do! As your trusted advisor, we fill the role of IT Director, consulting with you to create and update a technology plan that will give you a predictable, solid computer system and protect your technology investment from top to bottom. Your information is the lifeblood of your company and we have several solutions to give that lifeblood the protection it deserves.
Residential Support
As home systems grow in complexity they take on many of the same characteristics as business networks. We provide the same level of responsive support for home servers and desktops, wireless infrastructures, and data security that we offer businesses. We can diagnose and repair most problems in your home, greatly reducing your downtime and the inconvenience of dragging your computer to someone’s store.
Our remote support enables us to connect to your system or individual computer to provide many maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. We are also available for telephone support that will often get you back up and running quickly.
Partners versus Strangers
In both our business and residential support efforts, we want to cultivate lasting partnerships. As a result, we’re probably not the cheapest for single support calls. If you shop around for the least expensive service call each time you have a computer issue, we’re probably not a good fit for you.
The reasoning is simple: it takes time to become familiar with your system, how you use it, and your expectations. Once we gain that familiarity, our efficiency increases and we can advise you how to proactively maintain and enhance your systems. This results in a higher level of your satisfaction and a better work environment for us.
How To Get Started
We start with a free, no-obligation one-hour consultation to perform a preliminary evaluation of your system and to discuss your requirements and expectations. We describe our support plans and policies and then present you with a support proposal. If that proposal makes sense for you, we’ll select a support plan and move forward.
Of course, in the real world computer problems don’t always wait for the consultation – proposal – acceptance cycle to complete. If you have an emergency, we’ll be happy to help you through the crisis and then discuss ongoing support. Contact us at Sales@AspenLeafPro.com or 970-315-2577 today for your free consultation and together we’ll explore how we can partner to give your business the technology support it needs.
